Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Cat Ba - Cannon Fort - Sunset On The Bay (Lunch, Dinner) February 22, 2024

07h30: Picking up from the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area (If you book the bus with us)and departing for Cat Ba island. On the way, we could make some stops for short break. Transfered by a ferry from Hai Phong city to Cat Ba island and keep going to the Ben Beo Pier.
11h30: We will arrive Ben Beo pier in Cat Ba island. The pier for fishman and tourist boat to visit the Lan Ha Bay, just 2km from the town.
12 :00 Arrive at your hotel in Cat Ba town, check in your room( if the room is available, normal check in time is at 2pm).
12:30 Lunch will be served at our restaurant with 5-6 Vietnamese local dishes
Free leisure: Guests can explore Cat Ba town or go to the beach by walking.
15:45 Beka Travel guide will pick you up from our office or your hotel and Start walking to visit Cannon Fort and Nui Ngoc street. Canon Fort is a historic site where you can see preserved cannons, bunkers, tunnels, observatories, or other preserved objects and artifacts from the wars.
we can take a short break in 15 minutes for taking pictures the view of Lan Ha Bay and Cai Beo floating village.
16:45 We will visit Cannon number 1, Cannon Number 2, Helicopter airport, Headquarters of Cannon Fort.
17:15 Take a short break and wait for the sunset on the bay, enjoy our water, beers or coffees, take some pictures of the sunset on the bay. It is very beautiful and fantastic experience.
18:00 We will go down Cat Ba town in the dark.
18:30 Arrival at our office in Cat Ba town or your hotel

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Floating Village - Kayaking - Swimming (Breakfast, Lunch) February 23, 2024

8:00 - 8:30: Our bus will pick you up at hotel in Cat Ba town or our office at No 168 , 1/4 street along the way to Ben Beo Pier. It took only 10 minutes to arrive at the pier.
8:30 : We will arrive at Ben Beo Pier and We will see a lot of tourists waiting to take the boat. Our tour guide will give you the ticket for the route of bays of Cat Ba Archipelago. The ticket was included in the tour price.
8:35 Boarding the Boat to Lan Ha bay, At first the boat was sailing around Lan Ha Bay. The bay itself is spectacular, with towers of limestone rocks rising from the sea, passing by Cai Beo Fishing Village which is the most traditional fishing village in the north of Vietnam. It is also one of the biggest floating villages in Cat Ba and continue sailing to thousands of karst towers with many unique shapes (chopstick and seals).
10:30 Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay by Kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This is the conservation area and if you are lucky you will see Cat Ba langurs (Golden headed monkey)
12:30 Boat drops the anchor at Ong Cam islet for sumptuous traditional
Enjoy Vietnamese local food and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
13:30 Afterwards, boat continues to sail off Southern Ha Long bay, passing by Dau Be Island, Vung Vieng fishing village, Le Virgin arch and The Kite arch.
14:30 Kayaking, Swim and Relax at Ba Trai Dao Beach which is very natural, remote, quiet and less-touristy, discover the temple beach, more lagoons and arches by kayak
15:30 Enjoy the magical sunset as the boat travels back to the harbor
16:00 The bus will pick you up to go back Hanoi
19:30 Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter finish your Cat Ba 2 days 1 night trip
